Italian Sausage Migas

Ingredient:

Cooked Hash brown Potatoes see recipe. Link

1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Small can Salsa
Cilantro optional
Italian sausage
2 oz of grated monterey jack Cheese
4 eggs whisked with 1 tablespoon of water

Italian Sausage Migas

Put potatoes in baking dish lay tortillas on top

Add salsa
Add  cilantro (optional)
Top with Italian sausage
Bake for 40 minute

add cheese
top with eggs

Bake for 20 minutes until eggs are cooked and serve

Bake at 350

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

 

2 large potatoes

1 large onion 

1 roasted garlic bulb

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon 

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cook potatoes, and onion until tender, add the rest of ingredients and whip
