I would normally use Worcestershire Sauce to cook my burgers, but I didn’t have any. So I made my own sauce. This is what I had in the cabinet tonight.
1/4 – Cup Soy Sauce
1 – Tablespoon White Vinegar
1/2 – Tablespoon your favorite Mustard
1/2 – Teaspoon Curry Powder
1 – Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 – Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 – Teaspoon White Pepper
1/8 – Teaspoon Cinnamon ( May sound weird but it works)
1 – Pound Ground Hamburger
1/2 – Pound of Italian Sausage
2 – Eggs
1 – Slice of Wheat Toast
1/2 cup – Panko Seasoned bread crumbs add more if needed
1/2 – Teaspoon White Pepper
1 – Tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 – Tablespoon Onion Powder
1/2 – Teaspoon Garlic Powder

If you like onions you will also need 1 – Large onion and 1 – Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
Italian Sausage Burgers
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients for Sauce set aside.
Mix all ingredients for burgers, make into hamburger patties.If sausage in in a casing take it out.
Put onions with olive oil in skillet and saute for about 2 minutes. Add a tablespoon of sauce and continue cooking for about 3 minutes. Make sure you stir while cooking.
Add meat patties. Cook until skillet is real hot.
Add sauce to burgers to keep from getting dry. Turn over cook and add more sauce. Cook until desired temperature.
Put hamburger buns in toaster. Put roasted garlic on one side and cheese you prefer on the other and brown
Add toppings
