Roasted Garlic Cream of Potato Soup
I used left over roasted garlic mashed potatoes
For this recipe I used
4 cups roasted garlic mashed potatoes (See Recipe)
8 oz cream
8 oz milk – low fat
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/3 cup Velveeta cheese
Add a little Tabasco and you got soup
Roasted Garlic Cream of Potato Soup
Add potatoes, dill weed, milk and cream heat until mixture is creamy.
Add Cheese.
Heat until cheese is melted.
serve with croutons and a dash of Tabasco.
