Roasted Garlic Cream of Potato Soup

I used left over roasted garlic mashed potatoes

For this recipe I used

4 cups roasted garlic mashed potatoes (See Recipe)
8 oz cream
8 oz milk – low fat
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/3 cup Velveeta cheese
Add a little Tabasco and you got soup

Roasted Garlic Cream of Potato Soup

Add potatoes, dill weed, milk and cream heat until mixture is creamy.
Add Cheese.
Heat until cheese is melted.
serve with croutons and a dash of Tabasco.

Dumplings Ingredients:

2 – Cups flour
2 – Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 – Tablespoon salt
1/8 – Teaspoon Garlic
1/8 – Teaspoon white Pepper
1/2 – Teaspoon Chicken Bullion
1/4 – Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 – Teaspoon Dill Weed
1/4 – Cup Shorting
1 – Cup Milk

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, pepper, bullion, paprika and dill weed in medium size bowl. Cut in shorting until crumbly. Stir in milk to make a soft dough.
  2. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling stew.

Chicken Ingredients:
9 – Cups of Water
1 – Medium Whole Chicken
5 – Bay Leaves
1 – Large Carrot
3 – Medium Onions
1 – Tablespoon Chicken Bouillon
1/2 – Teaspoon Garlic
1/2 – Teaspoon white Pepper
1 – Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 – Teaspoon Dill Weed
1/2 Cup Milk
1 – Tablespoon Flour

Directions:

Cook chicken, on medium heat, in water with bay leaves.
When chicken is done pull off bones and put back into the water.
Add carrots, and onions cook until carrots and onions are soft.
Add all spices and bring to a boil.
Drop dumplings in. Cook for 10 minutes and turn over or stir.

When the inside of the dumplings are the consistency of a biscuit whisk milk and flour together and add to the pan. Let cook another for 5 minutes and serve.

Tasty Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

9 – Cups of water
1 – Whole Chicken
3 – Medium Onions sliced
4 – Medium Tomatoes chopped
2 – Medium Carrots minced
1 – Bottle of 2 3/4 Oz Green Olives with pimentos and juice sliced

Seasoning:

1/2 – Tablespoon Paprika
3 – Roasted Garlic Bulbs
1 – Tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 – Tablespoons Cumin
1 – Tablespoon Chicken Bullion
1 – Tablespoon Chilli Powder
1/2 – Tablespoon White Pepper

Tasty Chicken Soup

Directions:

1. Put whole chicken in 9 cups of water and cook until chicken is done.

2. Pull Chicken off bones and put back in the same water it was cooked in.

3. Add cut up tomatoes, onions, olives with juice, roasted garlic and carrots. Cook until tomatoes soft and the onions translucent.

4. Add seasoning. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes and serve.

Serve with homemade wheat tortillas.

Spicy Chicken and Refried Bean Soup

Ingredient:

1 whole Chicken
9 cups of water
5 bay Leaves

veggies1 Large Onion sliced
2 Good Size Carrots diced bite size
2 Medium Tomatoes

Spices:

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried Rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 Tablespoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon white pepper

2 Cups of Crushed Tortilla Chips
8 0z Cream
serve with graded cheese to top of choice

Spicy Chicken and Refried Bean Soup

Cook Chicken and bay leaves in water. When chicken is cooked through take chicken off bone and take out bay leaves.

Add next 3 Ingredients cook for 15 minutes (carrot, onions, tomatoes)
add all spices and cook for another 20 minutes on medium.

Add chips, cream and cook another 5 minutes. Top with graded cheese and serve.
